Pricing:
Eggs are gathered twice a day and are washed and sanitized with disinfectant. Eggs are then packed and stored in refrigerated coolers. Breeder birds are fed high protein feed, vitamins and minerals essential to quality fertile eggs. No eggs are stored for more than eight days as fertility rapidly declines after this time.

Pricing:
Removing hatched chicks from a hatching tray and into a brooder pen. We use both radiant heat and the old style Lyon Electric Brooder which concentrates heat in a cool environment and avoids hot-house brooding conditions. A aluminum draft shield is essential to prevent floor drafts. Clean litter either shavings or chopped straw, clean water and feed are essential to raising healthy chicks.

Eggs are removed from incubator trays and transferred into hatching trays for final hatching. Shown is an old reliable Petersime incubator. These hold the heat and humidity very precisely necessary for a successful hatch.

One of our helpers loading chicks into a transport container in our incubator and hatching room. We also have available for sale different age chicks , growing birds and mature birds. Prices are dependent on age of birds and feed costs. Call for needs and details.
